Scott is the Director and founder of Investment Property Research (IPR) as well as a number of other successful companies that focus on financial strategies including money management, financial planning, property education and investment along with wealth creation development.

Scott’s passion has always been to make a positive difference in people’s financial lives and wealth creation. One of the most effective tools for wealth creation has been through the leveraging of property for both the company’s clients as well as for himself.

The research model, together with ensuring clients receive a complete and genuine wealth creation solution over their life time, is what sets IPR apart from other groups. Scott's desire has always been to build long term relationships with his clients, not just a once off transaction.

Processes and systems to ensure customer's goals are recognised and achieved is always a strong focus along with continual and never ending improvement of business practices and customer service.

A strong philosophy of simply looking after people, doing what you say you will and following up, will always take care of future business and has seen the businesses expand and grow over the last ten years.
